all,
this is one of my first posts here, so be gentle.
by some lousy circumstances, i wound up having to cancel a roundtrip flight that was booked from FRA to TLS on KLM. after cancellation fees, etc, my remaining ticket value was about $250. my understanding is that this can only be used for tickets for the originally ticketed passenger, and only on KLM.
since it'll be pretty hard to get a ticket for 250 bucks or so on KLM, i'd like to use the credit on a KLM partner (Delta, NW, etc) in the US to get some utility out of it. if the flight is KLM code-shared, i believe it shouldn't be a problem.
my questions are:
1) how do i find out what domestic routes are KLM codeshares?
2) is there some better way to use this credit that i'm not thinking of?
thanks!
