Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - My profile has disappeared - who can get it back?

I've been having sporadic problems over the last 12 months with CX not picking up my BA Emerald status. Tonight at LHR the check in person told me that profile has disappeared completely. This isn't my MPO profile (I'm not a member) but the mythical pax profile that CX hold on you.

Who do I need to write to to get this fixed? I hate to think I might miss out on an op-up! :eek:
