American Express Membership Rewards - Conversion Rates for Israel AMEX

I'm currently looking at a transfer from Amex MR to either SPG or HHonors. I only have a gold Amex so my options are the following:


Hilton:
1.5 MR (IL) points = 10 Hhonors points

Starwood:
10 MR (IL) points = 10 SPG points

Continental Airline:
1 MR (IL) point = 1 CO mile

El Al:
28 MR (IL) point = 1 LY Matmid point

So what do people think the best option is? I'm thinking HHonors although I use SPG points more often and feel I may have more opportunity to use them.

Whoa, those are some great ratios for the Hilton and SPG transfers. Whatever you do, please do not transfer 1:1 on CO, that would seem to be the worst use of points. I'm not too sure on the El Al program though. However, essentially 1:1 MR to SPG is a great transfer rate and I'd be using that if I were you.
