Northwest WorldPerks (Discontinued Program) - PHX layover

I will be in PHX for a few hours this month. Flying in and out on NW.
I have WC membership and hope to go to the America West lounge in terminal 4. How do I get through security (with a NW BP)?

The new TSA rules require a gate pass or a boarding pass for THE TERMINAL YOU ARE ENTERING THROUGH THE CHECKPOINT

If you are switching terminal buildings you may need to call the America West Club at least one day in advance and get on the America West Club list of approved gate pass people allowed to enter the checkpoint to specifically go the club.

I've never done this, but a sharp TSA checkpoint person would have evry reason to be suspicious of you entering a secure checkpoint in the wrong terminal.
