Is this the old Hyatt Regency on Spring Street across from the Oakbrook Center movie theaters?

I don't remember any movie theater, but it is on spring street right opposite a Marriott Brand Hotel.

Yes, an amazingly old property, especially the outside looks dated, there is a Renaissance right across the street.

The parking garage is a nice plus and the old school atrium is also nice, but still in need of major renovation, even branded as a Doubletree and not a Hyatt Regency...

Anyone know if the "renovations mentioned earlier in this thread have (or are) taken place? Anyone who's stayed there recently?
