LAN LANPASS - Use for 5,000 LANPass km?

Does anyone know what I could do with 5,000 orphan LANPass kilometres? I got them when they were offered for simply signing up. I doubt i will ever use them. Can they be converted into anything useful?

I couldn't find any use either except to top off the account. If you have Starwood points, you get 2 km per point which is nice.

It used to be possible to transfer LAN km to Hilton, but not anymore. (Maybe they'll offer this again in the future, who knows). Currently you cannot convert the kms, you can top up and use them, or you can buy additonal kms and get an award ticket, sometimes it is cheaper then normal ticket. I have the 5000km too, but intend to fly LAN

There is currently an offer for KMS + $ on domestic flights including Easter Island. Round trip fares are as low as 30 USD for short hops... 100 USD for the extreme north and south of the country and 300 USD to easter island...
