Hertz - Shelby in TPA

I have a reservation for a Shelby Mustang in TPA on Saturday. I haven't read any ride reports other than the ones from 06 and am curious if Hertz is still as picky re: the checklist when you check out and check in. I'm on a time crunch and need to adjust my schedule if i'm going to be checking in and out for a half hour. And - does Gold service still apply here, or do I have to go inside and do something different?

Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. -- do they do the same thing with the Vette's?

I cannot speak about the Shelby, but I can about TPA.

One thing I do know about TPA is there is a GOLD Desk, but no quick gold canopy, where you just walk out and get in your car and avoid a desk all together.

As for timing, it took me about 15 minutes to go from the Terminal, to Hertz counter (Blue), wait in line and then go out to get my car (had a H2 weekly rental).
