American Express Membership Rewards - Additional AMEX Gold Card with Platinum Charge Account

Sorry if this has been posted before, or if this is in the wrong forum, but I am trying to add an additional cardholder to my Amex Platinum account. I want the additional cardholder to have a gold charge card for $45, but when I go on the website to add a cardholder, only the option for an additional platinum card comes up. Do I just have to call or is there some link on the site that I'm missing?

Have to call, I believe. Not 100% sure, though.

Call. It'll take just a couple minutes and then they can either fedex or snail mail the new card.
