So, it took me twenty minutes to make a reservation for a trip to Bali when I got an agent right away (no hold time) and named the hotel I wanted to stay at ("where exactly is Bali? Oh, Indonesia... please hold...").
My itinerary was not emailed to me, but I was given a link to a website to register (not amex) and had my itinerary. It only has the itinerary, and you can add it to your calendar, phone etc., and you can't make any changes. But maybe, just maybe, they've been listening to FT complaints??? Is more internet accessibility on the way??
