American Express Membership Rewards - Canadian Centurion?

Is Centurion available in Canada? I tried a search and checked the Wikipedia Centurion page and saw no mention of one.

If it is, do you know what the spend-requirements are to get invited? I (hope) it's more favourable than the U.S. card.
