I'm looking at a trip to Iceland next year, and it looks like by far the cheapest flights are out of SFB on Iceland Air. I would be coming in from Phoenix, so I'll be arriving at MCO. I'm still planning things out, so I'm curious if there's any easy way to get between MCO and SFB.

Take a cab or rent a car. Those are your two primary options. How long will you have to make the transfer? The two airports are about 33 miles apart, but it should be an easy drive.
Edit: You could try a car service like Trans Orlando (http://www.trans-orlando.com/Rates.html) or similar. It looks like they charge $65 to transfer MCO-SFB or vice versa.
If I take an early morning flight out of Phoenix, it's about 4 hours (arrive 3pm, leave 7pm). This is a little tight for my preferences, particularly if my inbound flight is late. I think I'll come in the day before and get a cheap Priceline hotel for one night. I have one day left on an old Disney World Park Hopper pass, so I could go there in the morning then head out to SFB that afternoon. Thrifty has a one-way rental from MCO-SFB for $28 for one day (with the Orlando Magicard).
