American Express Membership Rewards - AmEx MR Australian

I'm looking and looking and looking at the AmEx AUS MR website trying to figure out redemption possibilities and I can't see where they tell you how much x AmEx AUS MR will yield one in hotel points (SPG) or airline miles. (I see many direct MR to hotel stays at different properties around the world, but few opportunities to convert to hotel points to be used at the chain property of one's choice.) Below, for example, is the web page where I see something about transfering 1,000 AmEx AUS MR to SPG, but nothing about how much SPG one will get in turn. Does anyone know the details of such redemptions of AmEx AUS MR for hotel points, in particular SPG? (What other US or international hotel chains can one use the MR to get points with?)
AmEx AUS MR generally parallels the AmEx US MR program, as well as those of other countries (UK and CA), doesn't it? Or are there major differences?

Thanks. Did it take you long to find that page? I tried and tried, coming up with the pages that invited one to transfer 1000 AmEx AUS MR but never said how many SPG one would get in return. OK, so it is 1000 AmEx AUS MR = 330 SPG, just like 1000 AmEx US MR = 330 SPG, though IIRC $1 US is worth about $1.33 AUS. (Going on basis of dim recall only, haven't checked it.)
I don't think either 1000 AmEx US MR or 1000 AmEx AUS MR for 330 SPG is a good deal, but while still not so great (maybe would be the equivalent of 440 SPG for 1000 AmEx US MR), the AUS deal looks better than the US one. And much better than the AmEx CA MR to SPG exchange ratio.
I was curious because it was possible someone would trade AmEx AUS MR with me. Now, we aren't going to do it, but still interesting to see the side-by-side differences in redemption schedules for US, AUS, and CA. I wonder how it is with AmEx UK MR (yes, I know I could look it up), and how these AmEx MR programs otherwise compare. (IIRC, it is possible to transfer AmEx UK MR from one person to another, something not allowed with AmEx US, which is a nice feature.)
Did it take you long...?
Pretty personal, don't you think ;)

The last click was intuition, there's no indication this is a link.

Yeah, I lacked the intuition part and just kept going to what I could find for Sheraton and/or Starwood. Not great web design is it, though it looks pretty much like the other AmEx platforms. (No Aussies listening to this who might comment on AmEx AUS MR as better/worse than other countries' AmEx MR?)

VS 1:1 is a great deal, I haven't seen that before.
With my Aussie Plat, almost exactly double earnings on VS compared to my US card.
(USMR:VS::1:!, AUMR:VS::1:1, and USD:AUD::.84:1, and AUMR:AUD::1.5:$1)

The VS option is new or you just hadn't looked for it before? Are there other good conversion ratios for airline miles or hotels with AUS MR? (I'll go look again at the AUS MR website, but I found it difficult before to quickly scope out airline and hotel opportunities there. For example, something like 16 pages of hotel redemption opportunities because rather than points with various worldwide chains, they offer a great many redemptions for individual hotel sites, making it difficult to "survey" or get the big picture of redemption possibilities.)

Does that make a not so good deal into a good or great one? I ask mostly out of idle curiosity, since not holding any Australian AmEx MR and not contemplating a deal for such. Do changes in exchange rates between $USD and $AUS have any impact on how good the better conversion (1000 to 600) is? (I don't suppose exchange rate changes effect it, but maybe I'm overlooking some possibility.)
