I am just curious as to whether or not anyone knows what the spending qualification for Centurion is in Spain. A friend seems to be under the impression that Spain might have the lowest spending qualification (75.000 € per year is what he said) of any countries offering the Centurion product and I wanted to see if anyone could confirm or dispute this fact.
