American Express Membership Rewards - BA amex premium card
I cannot find the answer to this one. A friend of mine has just arrived in Spain, and Yep good old BA forgot to load his bags. He paid using the His BA Amex premium card. This card is no longer available in the UK. I know the Premium plus card I have qualifies for luggage delay, but I cannot find anything for the Premium card as it is no longer offered. Can anyone assist me in where to find out this information?
Thanks

Yes, he probably does have luggage delay insurance on the card. If he calls the number on the back of the card, they can fill him in how the appropriate amounts he is due. Good luck.

I spoke to Amex UK today. They did not seem certain but believed the premium card did not have luggage delay insurance.

Damn! Is this is a misprint?! Either this is a charge-only card but UK laws require stating an APR, or there's no usury laws over there:
Typical 37.8%APR Variable.
UK laws require stating an APR
The total charge for credit figure below is an example consisting of interest and a fee in accordance with Section 6 of the Agreement and is based on the sum of £1,500 being borrowed at the start of the Agreement and being repaid in equal monthly instalments over the period of one year at the standard interest rate for purchases set out in section 4.1, and does not take into account any promotional rate that we may apply.
The total charge for credit is £258.47 (consisting of £138.47 interest, and a fee of £120).
In my understand all cards must illustrate using the same £1,500 amortized in 12 months, and the annual fee is treated as a finance charge.
