JetBlue TrueBlue - Jet Blue AMEX - Free 1 way flight and 25 True BLue Points

Just received this promo for signing up for the Jet BLue Amex- annual fee $40- does anyone know if this is as good a promo as it gets for signing up for a Jet BLue Amex card. The promo says earn the free flight certificate after your first purchase, but I wonder how long it takes to get it so you can use it.

As far as the best promo, no. But, it's a very good deal and might be the CURRENT best.

I believe there is a promo that offers just 50 points...it's 6 one way, half a dozen the other :)

AmEx has been pretty good with turning over bonus points/free flights. It should take no longer than 6 weeks, but if you see by the 5-7th week still no free flight, call up and they can do it immediately, manual.

From fine print:

Each complimentary one way certificate is valid to book beginning October 10, 2007 between any two JetBlue cities for travel completed between October 10 and December 12, 2007. Certain blackout dates may apply.

I would assume blackout dates during thanksgiving

The one-way flight certificate is valid to book beginning October 10, 2007 for travel October 10 - December 12, 2007 (blackout dates between Nov. 15 and Nov. 21, 2007 apply).
