I've been using Hertz for years at PHL. I've had some issues, but have noticed improvement. But, I've always wondered what happens at their competitors. Has anyone compared companies at PHL?

No I just complain under my breath and hope a lot. Some times PHL is ok and even gives out a decent upgrade, most of the time it is busy but my car is their. Then 30 % of the time my car is no where in site and I have to go into the gold counter, ( 10 deep) Normally flights are several hours late and hertz has no clue who is coming and going, but that is not always the case.

I've found the staff at PHL ZE to be about the worst I've ever experienced starting with the Station GM, an obnoxious jerk.
I use National at PHL now.
