Travel Technology - Wireless VGA
Call out to ScottC and the other incredibly knowledgeable technophiles, here. Would like to connect a pc for ppt presentations (on a wireless network) wirelessly to an LCD tv with a VGA input (within physical proximity to the same router). Would love to do this with only a box linked to the tv VGA input, but would ultimately accept a solution that would require a wireless node with direct output from the laptop vga. (VGA was a search no-go.)
Any suggestions?
TIA

They exist, but are quite expensive...

Perhaps hide the notebook behind the TV and get a wireless remote for it?

Addlogix has something for $160 to $200 or so that may work, I have no experience with it.

Smarthome also sells something in that price range

Thanks, cordelli. Went with this. Quick set-up and wireless projecting to the big lcd is sweet. Just had to play around to get the resolutions right. For a video laden presentation, I think you would want to hard wire; otherwise, this is a great, flexible solution (based on playing with it 1/2 a day).
I'm not sure what kind of setup you need, but Vista has a feature where you can connect to a network projector. http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/Help/fd1c1afe-10b5-4018-bb35-862075c2d9441033.mspx
