JetBlue TrueBlue - JetBlue plane on Waco, TX (ACT) runway

Frequent reader on FT, infrequent poster. I flew out of ACT today, that experience is a story in itself. As I pulled up at 4:00 PM eastern, there was a JetBlue plane on the runway. This is odd for two reasons, one - Waco only has prop service (supposedly short runways (?)) and two - only CO and AA serve Waco.
Any one have ideas? JetBlue adding Waco, or plane "emergency landing"?

Looks like it was JetBlue 4624 that took off from JFK and landed at ACT. I don't have any other info. http://flightaware.com/live/flight/JBU4624

well from FA it doesnt seem to be a Diversion but rather flew as it was suppose to.
Looks like a Charter Flight thats why it has a 4 dig # to it

Thanks for the info, could be that Baylor University chartered it. Too bad, I was hoping they were testing out the runway for a possible addition to their routes. That would indicate that the Waco airport was upgrading and I could actually fly my grandparents somewhere. (Currently, the SAAB turbo-prop planes board from the ground and have steep stairs)

It looks like the Baylor volleyball team played in Buffalo a few days ago. Maybe they scheduled a "shopping day" in the city for the team?
