Travel Technology - Phone Networks

Hi

I was just wondering who the best phone networks are, I'm going to Los Angeles, Orlando and Las Vegas.

Trip duraton is 2 weeks, though I'm hoping to get something with Skype or Yahoo Voice on.

I had a Boost Mobile last time, I didn't get one with that at all last time :(
