Sixt - any experience with SIXT at CDG airport with Sixt Platinum

Does anyone has experience with renting a car at CDG for a week end?
I have a sixt platinum card I got with my Flying Blue platinum card?
What are my chances of upgrades?

I usually book a 1 series and have no issues getting a 3 series, same situation. I probably could get a 5, but prefer the 3. Always gazole, always navi, and I love the breaks when I have bags.

Once got upgraded from a 1 series to a Z4. Niiiiiice.

I booked a FWMR (BMW 3series wagon). I hope I'll be upgraded. I'm still wondering if I should not cancell my reservation, do a new one for a 1 serie hoping I'll get a BMW or Audi wagon.

Depends. Having booked a 3 series wagon, you'll have a much better chance at getting a 5 seires wagon (though, IME, these are pretty rare at CDG, at least at T1). I don't know, are you a risk taker? Are the 40 euros worth the risk?

Also, I'm talking manuals, automatic upgrades are more difficult to come by, by the way.

I will be arriving at terminal 2F. An Audi A6 could be very fine or a BMW 5. Maybe I'm dreaming. Do you know if they have a big choice of vehicles? Also do you know if by having booked a wagon, they give you automatically a wagon in case of upgrade?

my experience is that with upgrades they always to try to stick with the same type. If you rented a wagon (say 3-series/A4), they will almost always give you then a wagon (5-series/A6) - should you get an upgrade.
However, should you be a 'regular guest' at this station, they might adapt according to your wishes. Try to go always to the same person, and chat. Worked like a dream for me: 4 months every friday same station, same person, and got 4 times a SLK in a row while booking A4....

Last one: booked a serie 1, got a MB Class R 320 CDI (amazing engine and car). They also proposed me 407 or BMW 3 series.
