JetBlue TrueBlue - Tracking Award Dollars earned on the Jet Blue Amex Card

Hi -

Is there anyway for cardholders of the JetBlue Amex card to better audit the Award Dollars earned from spending each month?

I can access the updates on monthly point activity on the jetblue.com website, but is there anyway I can see how they calculated the points in an itemized fashion? I've noticed that some restaurants (which should earn double award dollars) show up as "Restaurant" in the details of my cc statement and others show up as "Food/Beverage," and I want to ensure I am earning double Award dollars where I should. If I'm not, I'd make a call into CS, but the system doesn't seem very transparent.

Do you know where to look on Amex's website? When I go to "My Rewards" I get a page showing me all of my MR points and history, but nothing for the TrueBlue program.......

And when I go to "Manage my accounts" I just get access to my online statement and activity, but nothing about awards....

Go to www.americanexpress.com.
Log in on the left
Click Recent Activity in shaded gray area
Click "See Your Award Dollars Summary" on right


From that page, you can view the Award Dollars summary, earned, adjusted and transferred.

Jet Blue Amex isn't part of Amex membership rewards program, so up until a few weeks ago the award dollar summary didn't work with the new web site release, but it seems to be working now exactly as it was before the new web site.

No problem. Please let me know what they say, because it does not show anything about double points for me either. HOWEVER, it does show many more points than actually money spent. I'm guessing they do it "blind" which I don't love the idea of, but as long as I am earning double than so be it. I did, however, notice in the "Bonus" column, some points for that 50% June promo.

I got my 25% too... maybe I should wear my JetBlue hat to double it next time...
