JetBlue TrueBlue - SJU: Horrible!!!!

Just flew from Sju to JFK on Jetblue, everyone from the check-in agents to the gate agents where extremly rood. Anyone ever had similar experiences?

Never been there, but it's rude, not rood.

Never been there either but a co-worker was commenting on how awful it was.

I don't know that this is a JetBlue issue. I've been through there on AA and it was a terrible experience.

Hard to tell...a specific or two might help.

I certainly found the TSA people to be wewwery rood. (It helps if you say this last part in a Jar Jar Binks voice)

The only positive thing was the video games near the gates. :)

I fly JFK to SJU a couple of times a month. Just got back today. I find that the B6 employees are not rude but they are less friendly that the majority of employees.

That's funny, in general I find B6 employees to be a lot more friendly than the majority of employees of of other airlines.

Sorry, I did not make my point. I meant that the B6 employees in SJU are less friendly than B6 employees in other places.

I absolutely agree with you that B6 employees are nicer that other SJU employees. Especially, AA's.

Well that is SJU in general, very rude!

SJU is perhaps not as service oriented as say other locations.

Never had to deal with any one RUDE on any carrier or TSA.
