Hilton HHonors - Do all Hiltons have the same beds?

I stayed at a Hilton in ABQ for the first time this past week (that I remember anyway), and was very unimpressed with the beds. They were very hard, especially compared with the nice Hyatt bed on the first 2 nights of my stay. Is this normal for Hilton properties - or did I just get a poor Hilton (I was warned in another thread but couldn't stay the whole trip at the Hyatt and got a great rate so decided to try it out and join HHonors)? Maybe split up the answer as US and abroad, since I'm sure chains can't ensure worldwide consistency wrt furniture. Are all US Hiltons similar?

Nope there all aren't the same. Some good some bad just depends on the hotel - in general I think that overall I'd give them a rating of "good".

I've never really had a problem with them either. Some are better than others and I would say the scale goes somewhere from decent to Great. I don't think I've ever really lost sleep because of the bed...I've got plenty of other reasons keeping me up...

You can get good and bad in the same hotel.

And what you consider bad, I may consider good.

You can ask at the front desk, if they have different types they may be willing to put you in the type you like when they check you in.
