MilesBuzz! - YANQ Are tickets issued for award tickets with multiple carriers?

YANQ - Yet Another newbie Question...

booking SFO-HKG got
UA outbound and SQ coming back.
Should I be expecting an actual ticket or is this done via e-tickets?

Also, does award itineraries show up in 'My Itineraries'?

1) The ticket will be a paper ticket as it involves more than UA.

2) The UA part of the intinerary will show up on UA website itinerary page. It may look odd seeing only half the trip, but this is all that will show up.
