We'll be traveling in Cambodia in February 2008, ending up in Siem Reap. We're flying SIN-EWR Feb 24 leaving 1205, so we'd like to get back to SIN the night before in order to ensure making that long flight home. All I'm finding is a 5-hour 2 stop itinerary on Malaysia for $343. Anyone know of other options?

LCC Air Asia flies from Siem Reap to KL.
Silk Air flies direct from Siem Reap to SIN. I would go for either Silk Air or JetStar.

www.jetstar.com provides good service between Siem Reap and Singapore. Fares in Feb 08 are low as US $59 with an additional $31 taxes (this does not include the US $25 departure tax levied in Siem Reap)

February 24 is a Sunday. 3K does not operate REP-SIN or PNH-SIN on Saturdays.

Thanks for all the suggestions. In the past few hours we've changed our itinerary. Now flying back to US from BKK. I've found an inexpensive flight REP-BKK that works out great. Thanks again!

Check out Silk Air, as other posters have mentioned; they fly from REP and PNH to SIN.
In addition to their own website www.silkair.com, check out Zuji which is the SIN-based online agency (owned by Travelocity, IIRC). I was recently looking at SIN-PNH fares for October, and found that Zuji had special discounted fares that required a minimum of two people traveling together; this might be useful for you.
