South - Best Place to Get Wicked Good Fried/Poached/Blackened/Pan Fried CATFISH in Memphis??

Heading to Memphis next year for a few days for Graceland and Catfish and the Nat'l Civil Rights Museum, not in any particular order of course.

Any ideas for great catfish? I fell in love with catfish because I remember reading about MLK's last dinner! I loved eating catfish(whether fried, cajun, or whatever, especially at Pappadeaux's in Houston). MLK was actually my lifelong hero. Still is. Which is why I'm going to Memphis for a homage visit. No time for ATL, unfortunately.
