Travel Technology - Robocopy for Windows 2000 Pro?

Does anyone know where I can download Microsoft's command-line tool 'robocopy' for *Windows 2000*? An MS search leads to nothing but circular links and documentation, but not the actual app.

I know about xxcopy, but I'm having issues with it, so I'd like to try something else.
