Hi all,
I need help from someone with computer knowledge - everytime I type in www.orbitz.com (http://www.orbitz.com) I get the following message "Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close." I am running 98SE and use a cable modem. Any tips on settings or other that need to be adjusted?

Seriously, this is probably a question for your tech support provider, not for FT.

If this is a computer at work, perhaps your network administrator has disabled access to certain sites known to waste employee time! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

I was only trying to tap into the experiences of others that use this site frequently. It only happens on my home computer, and doesn't matter if I restart or not. I hoped someone else had resolved the same problem.
Sorry if this should not have been posted in the first place.

Are you using the current version of MSIE? If not, maybe the newest version might make the problem go away.

You might try the Flyertalk board designed for Orbitz and its ilk:
