Hilton HHonors - Qualify base points vs base points (& silver/gold base upgrade)

A couple of questions:

If I go online and check my HH account activity I see that my rolling base points equal 147 389, but my qualifying base points is only 77 779 - can someone please explain the difference? In addition I don't see a 15%, 25%, or 50% upgrade on base points depending on the card I had at each time - Can anyone please explain to me how this works :confused:

Rolling base points = your total lifetime earned (base) points.
Qualifying base points = your (base) points earned in the past 12(ish) months.

Regarding seeing your VIP bonus points, you need to look at the individual hotel stay and then view Points Details and it should list them out specifically along with the X VIP level bonus you receive.
