The website states "you have access to a wide selection of hot and cold drinks" for long haul. While for medium it states alcoholic drinks...

UM = Unaccompanied Minor, kids traveling without an escort, so they need to be monitored by the cabin crew and then picked up / dropped off by ground staff.

Yes they do serve booze, CDG-PVG at 10 hours ++ is long haul. Medium Haul is within 4..5 hours.
