Flying Harbin to Bangkok with a delay out of Harbin, Asiana were outstanding

The groundstaff handed me my boarding pass at the exit of the plane in Seoul, rushed me to transfer and got me on the plane in 10 minutes.

Arrived in Bangkok, no luggage. Asiana groundstaff at Bangkok assisted me wonderfully in the lost and found tracked my bag and discovered that Asiana had routed it on China Southern via Shanghai. They arranged another cart drove me to the carousel and retrieved my bag 30 minutes after we had made the first entry into the lost and found.

Very attentive bilingual flight staff and a wonderful solution to a tricky problem. The initial delay in Harbin was probably because of North Korean or the Chinese airforce doing something so I forgive and forget that.
Overall outstanding handling of a tricky situation.:):)

I use Thai most of the time because I live in Bangkok. I have used Asiana and their attention to detail in terms of service is second to none.

Without doubt something to do with Korean business culture but it even extended to the Thai staff in Bangkok. An outstanding handling of a tricky situation
