Does anyone know of any promos for obtaining a Citi Gold AA World Mastercard? The current basic deal is 5000 miles on 1st purchase for a $50 annual fee.

I got an ad yesterday for a free companion tckt plus 2.5K miles. The companion ticket is bogus though as there is a minimum $358 fare and it has to be in the continental US. I recall they offered me 10K miles two months ago. Hold out and it'll get better.

I got an offer in the mail for a citi AA business Gold card, 10000 bonus miles and first year annual fee waived.
