Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific - Extended stay hotel options in Perth - help me choose

I have an upcoming 3-4 week business stay in Perth in October and I have the option to stay at any of these properties:

Anyone with experience that can share pros and cons on these alternatives?

I'll be working in the area King St/St. Georges Terrace, and all three of them are close enough that I can walk or take a bus if the weather's bad.

Bumping this up...

Looking at the Medina apartments. Any comments on the Excutive Barracks or Grand Perth?

Any nicer ones around?
