MilesBuzz! - Any bonus miles/points for opening a HHonors acct?

Does anyone know if there are any sites (Delta;UA?) that are offering bonus miles/points for just OPENING a new HHonors acct? I want to open an acct. and then apply for the free credits cards they offer, but I want to maximize my miles/points.

You get 1000 bonus points for opening the account at the hhonors web-site. Then you get 500 points for changing your profile twice each quarter. If someone refers you (member get a member) they will get 1000 points every time you stay at a Hilton up to 5 times a year. You then can refer someone else.
