Hilton HHonors - Fast Track Question / Problem

Wondering if this has happened to anybody else. Per my HHonors account I had a Fast Track to Gold if I hit a certain number of stays by 8/31/07. I hit the number this week and when I checked to see if my status changed the Fast Track offer was gone. Called the HHonors desk and they said I never had the offer but they will assign someone to check. Just seems strange that the offer was there and the tier wizard kept reflecting each stay and when I finally hit the number the offer vanishes and HHonors denies that it was ever there. I felt like they made a promise and never lived up to it. Has this happened to anybody else on the board?

Sorry that happened. Do you have any upcoming stays booked with Hilton - that may help your case with them.
