Hilton HHonors - What's the best Hilton Amex offer right now?

I can't seem to find anything better then 10K points for first purchase. Is it really the best one out there?
Too bad I missed out on the 50K offer, but are there still any decent offers avaliable.

The 50,000 point offer seems to be the best available now - per the banner ad that appears on FlyerTalk. Funny, though, when I was logged into Amex, the Hilton offer there was not nearly as favorable. So I applied via the banner ad link from this site, and was approved. Hope I actually get the promised benefits.

The 72,500 is in other threads: it is very targeted.

I received an e-mail from HH to sign up for the Hilton Amex, I signed up and it took all of 2 secs, stating that they will mail the card to me in 10 days. Question: how does the extra bonus points work when you use the card? Such as in the T&C you get 5 HH points for each $ spent on everyday purchases such as U.S. supermarkets, drugstores etc and 3 bonus points everywhere else. How will I know which stores qualify?:confused:
