Hilton HHonors - Any way to seach for two BEDROOM suites?

Is there some way to narrow down Hilton properties to only those that have two bedroom suites as an option? To be precise, I'm looking for suites that have a kitchen/living area and two seperate bedrooms rather than the standard kitchen/living area and one seperate bedroom.

The only properties that I have seen with consistent 2-bedroom suites are Homewood Suites properties, which typically have 1, maybe 2, 2-bedroom suites on each floor.

I agree Homewood is your best choice if you must have a kitchen. Are you looking in a particular city? I had a Hilton suite recently that had an adjoining 1 bed room. By booking 2 rooms (1 BR suite and 1 King), you could get it (at this particular property), but no kitchen.

The kitchen is less important than having two beds in seperate living quarters (most will have a friggie & microwave regardless).
Most one bedroom suites have a pull out couch in the living room, I know, but nothing beats a REAL bed. We stayed at a Homewood once with two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen & living room and it was the BEST. Probably had more square footage than my first apartment :)
FWIW, I'm looking in Denver at the moment but I've had this question in the past for other areas. I was hoping to have to avoid querying a reservation at each location to see if a two bedroom suite was an option.

I have the same issue when traveling with the family - having four kids makes things troublesome. Would love to have the option of searching for multiple bedroom suites, or even just the option of searching specifically for connecting rooms. Instead, I have to resort to making dual room reservations and calling the hotel manager to ensure I get connecting rooms/suites.

Most standard Hilton rooms have moor space than my first apartment...
Homewood's your best option, might get a bit tricky in Europe though.

ES suites will also permit separation, although it means using the living room as a bedroom. When Mrs BV and I travel with the teenage sons, we usually book ES and make them sleep on the couch since they like to stay up late and we do not.
I've gotten 3 rooms suites at ES, but the 3rd room was a dining room. We have booked 2 BR suites at HS and the second BR is 2 twins. Works out nicely. There have been 2 per floor in the few HS where I've booked them.

I suggest you rent 2 rooms with a connecting door as it usually is far cheaper and almost always available. Even 3 rooms is usually cheaper than what you described.

I know this is the wrong board for this, but I always go for Marriot's Residence Inn when I want 2 bedroom, 2 bath. They all have them and can be specifically reserved.

I've gotten some great two bedroom suites at Homewoods as upgrades (not sure why I needed a room with four queen beds and a double pull out couch, but hey), but as mentioned if there aren't any in the area, two rooms can often be way less money.
Most all embassy suites have two rooms but the second bed is in the living room.
I hate suites that don't have door between the rooms, to me that's just silly.:)

The ES 2007 Directory has a little symbol for "2 Bedrooms" at each hotel that has it.
Of course, it's in hard copy and I've never seen that symbol on the web.
Check out the directory next time you're at an ES.

Of course, you could always consider the Hilton Grand Vacation Clubs. Most of those are a full apartment with either 1 or 2 bedrooms (some even 3). They have one near Denver at Breckenridge.

Typically, these are not displayed online. But if you look at the accomodations of a particular hotel on hilton.com and they list 2BR suites as an option, you're best to just call the hotel directly and speak to in-house reservations.
I had this in Nashville recently with the downtown Doubletree. They have several suite types, but the 1BR suites (850 sf) and larger ones (1000 sf) are listed on the hotel web site, but not available for booking online. A call to the hotel front desk is all it took to confirm it (for a higher price, of course).
The Waldorf=Astoria in New York sometimes lists 2BR suites (26M, for example, is a 2BR suite that has 2 doubles in each bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a pull out sofa). There aren't many, although some of the 1BR suites are off an entry way that has another room next to it. In some cases, those two rooms can be combined into a large suite.
if only hilton made easier to search for these rooms
