Does anyone have the CEO or their assistant's name and address to write a complaint.
I would just like to start at the top.
Thanks

You might try the address Socrates gives in the Recognition for good customer service View Single Post (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showpost.php?p=8009325&postcount=2) thread.

I thought that the Bethesda address was the correct one for letters to Mr Marriott?

I believe this is the Fedex/UPS address, while Socrates gave the USPS address.

Unless something was so incredibly horrible, is there a reason you're starting 'at the top' vs letting the lower-levels have a chance to address it? Just curious...

Cheers.

I usually write a letter to the GM with a CC to Marriott HQ ,if no response by the GM a second letter to HQ along with a seperate letter to Bill Marriotts office is sent.

I usually just start with a letter to POTUS, cc: Marriott HQ. If that doesn't resolve the (cockroach, no HBO, no smile at reception) issue, I begin addressing most of the major deities, and cc:POTUS. Generally takes care of it.

...which is One Marriott Drive, Washington, DC 20058.

That would be correct or you could use the email address or online TTU

They are one and the same, their official address is 1 Marriott Drive, Washington DC 20058 however the physical address is 10400 Fernwood, Bethesda (I've never used the Bethesda address but I'd assume the post office would deliever it the same as they would the DC address)

Thanks for the clarification - thankfully, I've only had to write to HQ once many years ago. :)

:D

Nice -- but don't give people any ideas. Over on the Delta board somebody already writes the DOT every time there's gum under the seat, etc...

Upon Checkin, I verified I could use bonus bucks.
Upon checkout, they said sorry, we can not use these.
3 days later, no phone call, no message nothing

I'd address the GM first, then the HQ. To me, writing to the CEO about something like this is a bit over the top, but that's just me.

You have to turn the BBs in when you check-in. Ask for a receipt showing a balance on your account in the amount of the BBs.

IIRC, they should NOT accept them at check-out.

That matches my experience using them as well. I always turn them in when I check-in. Now if I'm staying at a hotel on a BB rate, the hotel staff usually won't give me the BB until check-out time.

That's dependent on the hotel. Many offer them at check-in, because there's a bit of paperwork. Some want to do it at check-out - for those, I usually ask for them at check-in, explaining that I plan to do an expedited check-out in the AM, and don't want to have to wait on line and/or for them to do it later.
