Hello,

got a couple of quick questions that I hope you cna answer.

First, have a ticket ticketed using *A miles to OZ. I need to cancel and re-schedule, but can only get booking using OW. When I made the *A booking, it was through AC, and they were able to get the visa (CDN passport) for OZ electronically. Question now is, if i end up having to cancel the *A trip and re-book on the OW routing, will the visa be transfered, or will I have to apply again? I din't get any type of "confirmation" when I made the original booking through AC. Anyway to check/confirm things?

Second, the current itinerary has ->SYD (4 days)->ADL (2 Days)->Uluru (1 day)->CNS 5 days. I have 1 day to add, would it be better served adding it to CNS or ADL? In ADL, we'd definitely like to go to the wine region, thus would an extra day be required, or would it be better served in CNS? We'll probably be diving for 2-3 days in CNS.

TIA......Milind.

Hi,

Can't answer your Visa question unfortunately but I can recommend that you spend the extra day in ADL. There's plenty to do there if you're into wine and you'll definitely use the extra day exploring the Barossa Valley!

How are these electronic visa's stored and confirmed? I applied through the aussie website, but dont have any receipts or the like.

Your passport number is linked to your ETA. If you have initially applied for your visa through the airlines, your visa is valid for up to one year. So irrespective if you change airlines or plans, your visa is valid. I highly doubt that the airline will cancel your visa. It takes longer and much more manpower to do that than to just let you have the visa for free.

If you need to check if you do indeed have a valid visa, please PM me.
