JetBlue TrueBlue - Is it normal to have seat reassigned before flight

I am flying to Denver tomorrow morning. I booked this flight 3 months ago, and was pleasantly surprised to see exit rows available. I happily selected them and went on my way. Yesterday I checked my reservation, and noticed my seat was still the same, but today when I went to do online checkin, I saw that I had been moved from my exit row, to a middle seat in the back... Now being 6' 3", and exit row sounded nice, but what really got me was it assigned me the middle seat, when there was still Window and isle seats available.. Any idea what gives or does the computer not like me...
-Thanks

Not sure, but I would most certainly call and ask right away. In the mean time, reassign yourself to any available aisle seat. If no luck getting an exit again on the phone, check at the counter in the airport tomorrow, as some seats are blocked aside - even in the first row or 2 (36" pitch rows 1-9).

Yeah.. Phones are completely clogged due to weather.. Just would have been really irritated if I hadnt checked in today and got to the airport tomorrow.. Would have made for a long flight...

The automatic re-assigning of seats doesn't take into account whether a seat is a middle seat, exit or aisle (at least not the last time I looked).

lets hope that reassigning seats isn't normal. I just got my first 36" inch pitch seat and its an aisle too. 12/24 B6 527 EWR 650p MCO 947p
