JetBlue TrueBlue - P.R. Connections through MCO

I was looking at B6's website booking options and I noticed that you can't get to San Juan, Ponce, or Aguadilla from Newburg or White Plains. Is there any reason why the connections through MCO are not offered?

Do the departure from SWF and HPN allow for seamless connections in MCO? ie., not too short or long.

Also, is it possible it has something to do with the new passport regulations? Are passports even need for PR? I'm so confused with the new rules.

Passports aren't needed for Americans in PR, and Orlando has full ICE facilities, so that isn't the issue. I'm betting the connections are outside the 4 hour window.
