^ I just want to give a big thanks to FB and Club2000 customer service for sorting my flight out of Sao Paulo this week. Due to the mess created by the JJ3054 disaster it was almost impossible to get to GRU via a domestic flight and therefore I lost 2 flights to Paris (one AZ paid and one AF with miles) on the same day. They were able to open a W fare seat in a flight (AF 455) the next day that was already overbooked without penalising me for the the no show on flight AF459. I was really suprised with such a good service and value given to FB Platinum membership.
I also had the nice experience of being welcomed by the Cabin Supervisor of the AF455 flight that came to my seat to verify if all the check-in and boarding procedure went fine. This is the first time I got this kind of attention flying in Y (with my PLAT status).
So again big thanks to Air France and Flying Blue. Great service :)
