Can you advise me on the best place to take my family for thanksgiving dinner? I will be in orlando this year with my hubby, 10 year old son, 2 daughters and their boyfriends. We are staying in a hotel just by Sea World and I am looking forward to see how trankgiving is traditionally celebrated

I believe that the JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton hotels offer a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Their websites don't currently reflect the fall schedule of events, but maybe this link can get you some information that would be helpful:
www.grandelakes.com
Might also be worth putting a call in to the Grand Floridian Hotel at Disney to see what they offer.

I don't know about places to have Thanksgiving dinner, but if you need a rental car for that week be advised that they are very expensive and sometimes hard to get. If you don't need a car or already have a reservation...congrats!
Have Fun!

Thanks for the advice we are staying in Marriott Grand Vista I've sent an e-mail to them asking what events they have on offer for thanksgiving.

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress does a version of their Sunday brunch for Thanksgiving that's wonderful, but pricey. www.hyattregencygrandcypress.com
Another idea is to order dinner from a local grocery store, such as Publix, and enjoy in your villa.

A few miles (but worlds) away from the Mouse, I like the Boheme restaurant at the Grand Bohemian Hotel, downtown:

They don't have their Thanksgiving evnt up on their website yet, however, an e-mail would probably get you a quick response.
