Hi, I am currently living in Thailand and looking to visit a friend in Korea. The ticket prices seem outrageous for the actual distance flown. I have found round trip tickets to the US for cheaper than round trip tickets to Korea. I found signficantly cheaper tickets through the website 12flight.com but can't seem to find any information on how reputable it is. They are based out of Bangkok. Any information on 12flight or advice on booking tickets to Seoul would be most appreciated. Thanks!
I don't know about that specific agent, but,
1. If TA seems not reliable enough, go talk to them. Do not pay until they show you the ticket.
2. Try to find reasonable published fare. FYI, BKK-KUL-ICN-KUL-SEL on MH costs ~THB24000 (tax included), no two-person-minimum restrictions, and you can buy it directly from http://www.malaysiaairlines.com/main_TH.aspx

Thanks! If you want to go cheap, there is a flight out of Hong Kong by Shanghai Airlines vis Shanghai for 1200 HKD (less than 6000 Baht, valid for 30 days). From BKK to HK you should be able to go for around 8000 Baht. Even TG goes from Hong Kong
to Seoul (but only 0-17days) for around 2440 HKD (less than 11000 Baht).
