Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - YYZ to HKG Inflight Power

I was wondering if anyone has been on a flight from toronto to hong kong recently? I want to find out if they've upgraded the economy cabins of the A340-300s and that they have EmPower outlets for laptops.

Only the first few rows of economy are equipped with power supply outlets. Also note some aircrafts have normal AC power outlets that does not require an air power adaptor.

Yeah, i realised that there's only power up front before. I was checking seatguru just then and the seating layout shows that the whole plane is now equipped with em-power ports.
