Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Any issues with CX105 through ADL

So I booked F on CX105 (HKG - MEL) WAY in advance when it was a direct landing at 11:50 AM in MEL. Now it stops in ADL and lands at 14:05. Should I be concerned about this flight? It is a good flight like the NRT - HKG flight that stops in TPE? All HKG - MEL - HKG flights are 333 so it looks like F in safe.

If by issues you mean anything other than the wasted time, then there are none. I believe you would be able to stay onboard during the ground stop.
I would get on the nonstop anyway.

Well I know that people prefer that NRT - TPE - HKG for some reason. Wondering if it was a similar thing.
Funny I booked it on that specific day so I could avoid the ADL stop and now is has morphed into a one-stop flight. Worried that switching flights could turn into Russian Roulette since there are so many rumors about getting rid of F on the Australian flights.

As B-HQC mentioned, there is nothing 'wrong' with CX105 except now it stops in ADL daily instead of 4x per week. As you have mentioned, the flight would be continued to be operated by the A333 so if time is not issue, you would get more of time in F.
The rumour about CX getting rid of F to Australia has been somewhat affirmed as the newest 2 class A333 (with the brand new J and Y class, but no F) might be deployed on the HKG-SYD route on selected days.

Ont he ADL-MEL they serve a sandwich in Y Class. Just wondering what do they serve in J and F? Prob something more substantial?
