Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Are there any KA DMs out there?

On my boarding passes when flying KA my MPO status is shown as CXDM. I therefore assume there are people who were transferred from KA Plat to MPO DMs, making them a KADM? If so, do these two groups enjoy different levels of benefits (opup for e.g.). If not, then why bother with the first two letters?
Maybe it's a leftover from their systems prior to the merger. When I travelled on KA as a Gold prior to the Marco Polo/Elite merger, my boarding pass showed as CXGO. I can imagine the easiest way to merge the systems was to use the existing links to Marco Polo club, transfer The Elite members to MPO, and then everyone from that point forward would be a CXSL / CXGO / CXDM.

If that's the case, those who became MPO members from the Elite programme are also labelled as CXDM, CXGO etc.? I guess what you are saying there makes sense.
There shouldn't be any "KA" DM/GO/etc. I used to be a KA PLT, was given CX GO (from GR) on the merge of the programs in Dec 06. Since then my boarding pass would say CX GO and nothing about KA anymore even on KA flights. (of course, now it says CX DM after I got to DM in Apr 07)
