Travel Technology - Get the BB Curve or wait for the Wi-Fi enabled next model?

Hi fellow BB users:

I currently have the 8700c through work. I'm thinking of taking the plunge and upgrading to the Curve. However, I read that BB just got a patent for or at least the rumor has it that the "next" BB will have WiFi capabilities in it (which to this point have been absent). Any thoughts?

Says it has FCC approval for a GSM/EDGE 850/1900 device with Wi-Fi. (Hm, no 3G? ;)) Also says the RIM CEO said they would release a Wi-Fi Blackberry by the end of 2007.

I'm waiting for the 8320 to upgrade my 8700. Waiting impatiently.

The rumor is also that the t-mobile curve may have the wifi activated. I'm waiting to see on that..

I am not a fan of the Curve - and am really considering dumping it.

I used the 77250 for about 2 years and was very pleased with the size of the keyboard - especially the location of the ALT key.

I was upgraded to the Curve - sight unseen and the ALT key is tiny and hard to hit. The Caps key is huge and I keep pressing it.

I used a 8800 yesterday and I thought the keyboard was better because the ALT key wasn't "hidden".

I think I have average sized hands, but I really don't like the small keyboards on the 8800 or the Curve.
