Travel Technology - itunes music video playback problems

A few weeks ago I started having problems with my itunes music videos. They are playing with a type of "stop motion" effect and then ultimately freeze up when playing them on my laptop. I've downloaded updates and tried to troubleshoot with no success.

Does anyone have any solutions/suggestions of something I can try to get rid of this problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I just had that problem with my laptop. I don't know what the problem was, but putting my hard drive in a new laptop seemed to fix it just fine.
