I'm Skyteam Elite plus with OK Plus and want to book a flight for my wife GLA-YUL. There are a few routing options but I'd like to minimise time on the plane for her and ideally include a stopover in New York. When I call CSA to book, what should I request to achieve this and get business class on all segments? I'm new to this forum.
Are you looking to book this as a reward flight or a paid ticket?
If you're going with paid you shouldn't have too much trouble. Go with CO on the GLA-EWR-YUL routing. For reward travel you should try for the same routing, but you may have more trouble finding availability. That will be the most direct routing you can get on SkyTeam metal, and CO seems to have some availability on that TATL flight. You'll be hard pressed to get the F seat on the NYC-YUL segment, as CO runs everything on their ERJs.
You can search for availability on the reward buckets using the continental.com site so you have some ideas of what dates are available before you call CSA.

You say there are a few routing options, but I really only see one, and that is the CO GLA-EWR-YUL sugested above by sbm12. Any other SkyTeam routing involves a double connection in AMS and CDG.

You should get more creative . . . There are plenty of tripple connect options available, and with quadruple and quintuple connect options available too :D
Seriously though, looking for a ticket that includes the NYC stopover and minimum time on a plane will require the original routing I offered. With more connections you can mix it up and go through any of the N. American gateways for the carriers and then connect on both sides of the pond. Consider something fun, like GLA-CDG-IAH-MEM-ATL-LGA/JFK-CVG-YUL. Piece of cake.

The title of the OP's message was with miles, so there you have it.
Good luck to the OP, too, since if you'd like to meet your criteria you'll be trying to get a BusinessFirst seat through EWR with relatively minimal flexibility... Not an easy thing to do!

Upmentioned is not possible. The CSA award ticketing is very hard people to play with. Recently I tried to have CDG-ICN-NRT-CDG, but they said that on that route going via ICN would be not allowed as it is not most direct route. Even in the beginning they made me CDG-ICN-NRT-CDG, took my VISA details, and promised to ticket, but as ticketing is done my OKPlus and not by CallCentre or usual office, then... good luck, but I would say that probably GLA-EWR-YUL sounds ok for them, or via AMS, but not more than one transit on this route.
